to Total 10k Training!
We want you to do your best and have a
terrific time at the 29th annual The Medical Center 10k Classic on
Saturday, October 25, 2008.
You pick which Classic event you are going
to train for: the 1.5 mile fun walk, the 5k (3.1 mile) run, or the 10k
(6.2 mile) run. All the information you'll need to prepare for your event
can be found in these pages.
The Medical Center is committed to ensuring
your good health, and that includes prevention as well as treatment of
disease. Exercise is one of the best ways to stay healthy. If we can
encourage and support each other to stick with our exercise programs, we
all win!

should not pose any problem or danger. However, participation in Total 10k
Training, as with any physical activity, can involve a risk of bodily
injury. By utilizing the Total 10k Training materials, you release The
