The Medical Center Diabetes Education Program follows the high standards for education recommended by the American Diabetes Association. The program is staffed by healthcare professionals with specialized training and commitment to diabetes care. A certified diabetes nurse educator and a registered dietitian provide you with personalized service. Our program is designed to work closely with your personal physician and his or her treatment plan. Diabetes education is covered by most insurance companies including Medicare.
