Cardiology Fellowship Program

The Cardiology Fellowship Program at The Medical Center is a three-year program designed to give the fellow a broad exposure to general, clinical cardiology. Our Graduate Medical Education staff along with the medical staff from The Medical Center and Western Kentucky Heart and Lung are focused on developing skilled, competent and compassionate Cardiologists. The principle objective of the Cardiology Fellowship Program is to provide excellence in an environment conducive to independent, self-motivated learning and scholarly activity.

The Cardiology Fellowship Program is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). We are a member of the Appalachian Osteopathic Postgraduate Training Institute Consortium (A-OPTIC). The Medical Center at Bowling Green is actively pursuing ACGME Accreditation for all of its Graduate Medical Education Programs.
